  6.  Xteq X-Setup requires some Scripting system files
  7.  to work properly. If these files are not installed,
  8.  X-Setup may crash!!!

  15.  Because of the huge changes this version of X-Setup 
  16.  has, you *NEED* to uninstall any old version of 
  17.  Xteq X-Setup before installing this release!!!
  18.  
  19.  Not doing so may lead to "ghost" plug-ins and other 
  20.  strange effects. If you interested what has been 
  21.  changed, please see:

  26. INSTALLING XTEQ X-SETUP
  27.  
  28.  To install Xteq X-Setup, extract all files from the 
  29.  archive to a directory and start SETUP.EXE.
  30.  
  31.  After Setup has finished, this directory can be
  32.  deleted.

  35. REQUIRED FILES
  36.  
  37.  Xteq X-Setup requires some of the Microsoft
  38.  Scripting system files.
  39.  
  40.  If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0 (or above)
  41.  or Windows 98, you already have all needed files.
  42.  
  43.  Else you need to install the Microsoft Scripting 
  44.  Engine, which can be obtained for free from the 
  45.  following URL:
